The omission of any name, title, insignia, phrase, emblem, logo, or design from this list does not constitute a waiver of intellectual property rights in that mark.

Trademarks function as adjectives, not nouns or verbs, and should not be made plural or possessive. The following list includes suggested generic terms associated with each trademark or service mark. These terms are provided for convenience, and other appropriate generic terms may also be acceptable.
